We analyze the bill and send you an explanation of review (EOR) with recommendations for payment and reason codes for any reductions. Once you receive the EOR, you pay only the appropriate amount, and object to the remainder of the billing according to our recommendations. We charge a flat fee per bill for the review, analysis, and recommendations, and a reduced percentage of savings for settlement if the provider files a lien on the balance.
